Thank you for arranging the meeting on 1 July 2026 at the Next White reception. Present were Nino and yourself representing Next, as well Ksenia, my wife, and myself.

For the accuracy of our records, I note the following:

1. Nino stated that she personally drafted the "Act of Handover" for the elevator access chips.
2. Nino confirmed — consistent with your written message to me of 30 June 2026 — that the Act does not waive, cancel, or otherwise affect any claims I may have against Next White LLC, Next Hospitality LLC, or any related company, and that its sole purpose is to record the number of chips issued and the identity of the recipient.
3. My request to amend the sentence "the Parties confirm that... they have no claims against each other", so that the text matches this confirmed meaning, was declined.
4. As a result, my wife and I remain without elevator access to our apartments (16th floor, numbers 11 and 12), as we have since July 1st, 2026.

Separately, I note that my written summary of service and construction issues, sent to Ms. Lolita Samnidze on 5 February 2026 and acknowledged by her the same day with a commitment to review and respond, remains unanswered as of today.

I remain ready to receive the chips immediately against either (a) an amended act, or (b) a simple receipt recording only the number of chips and the recipient — either of which reflects the document's purpose as you and Nino have both described it.

If any part of this record is inaccurate, please reply with corrections within 7 days; otherwise I will rely on it as an agreed account of the meeting.
