I note your confirmation that the full gasification documentation — the concealed-works reports, the tightness and pressure-test reports, and the relevant passports and certificates — exists and is available. I note this in particular because it had previously been indicated that project documentation was unavailable, and I understand separately that locating the specific documents "may take some time." I would be grateful for clarity, given that the documentation is stated to be complete and available.

As this documentation relates to a gasification project carried out for Next White, and as the company is plainly able to obtain it, I ask that Next White provide copies directly, as originally requested in writing. A referral to a third party does not substitute for the company producing documentation that concerns its own project and is within its reach.

For the avoidance of doubt as to timing: I travel abroad from tomorrow and may be offline for several days. This does not extend, waive, or lapse the request, which was made previously and remains outstanding; I will expect the documentation upon my return, and should it be produced in the interim I will address it then. I would ask that a firm deadline for production be confirmed, as I requested.
