The has handed over and the Owner/Resident of apartment No. ______ has received ___ (qty.) elevator chips for the residential building located in Batumi, at St. 27 David Mamuladze.

By signing this Act, the Parties confirm that it contains no ambiguous provisions and they have no claims against each other.

A copy of the signed Act shall be provided to the owner or resident upon request after the completion of the chip handover or replacement process.
